Oceanview Room with 2 Double Beds: These rooms are located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building and are accessed by a stairwell.

Streetside Room with 2 Double Beds: These rooms are located on the oceanside of the road or in the Mariner II building located across the street from the ocean, and have a streetside view. They are located on floors 1 through 3 and are accessed by a stairwell.

Oceanview Room with 1 King Bed: These are one of our most popular rooms, and are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story building -- accessed by a stairwell.

Streetside Room with 1 King Bed: These rooms are located either on the oceanside of the road or in the Mariner II building across the street from the ocean and have a streetside view. They are located on floors 1 through 3 and are accessed by a stairwell.

Oceanview 1-Bedroom Suite, 2 Double Beds These suites feature: 2 double beds in the bedroom with a separate living room/kitchen which has an oceanview. They are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story building accessed by a stairwell.

Queen Suite These 1st floor queen suites have a queen bed in the bedroom area and a separate sitting area. They can be accessed by a stairwell or ramp.

Oceanfront 1-Bedroom Suite This 1st floor suite features 2 queen beds in the bedroom area and a separate living room/kitchen. It may be accessed by a stairwell or a ramp.

2 Bedroom Suite These suites have 2 separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a living room/kitchen area. They are located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building and are accessed by a stairwell.

Large 2 Bedroom Suite These suites have 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 double beds in each bedroom and a separate living room/kitchen. They are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor and are accessed by a stairwell.

Room with 2 Doubles & Kitchenette These great rooms are perfect for those on a budget. They are located across the street from the ocean in the Mariner II building and have 2 double beds with a kitchenette.

1-Bedroom Suite, 3 Beds These suites feature 1 queen bed in a separate bedroom with the remainder of the suite being 1 large area. In this area you have 2 double beds in an alcove as well as a living room/kitchen. They are located on the 2nd floor of the 2 story building and are accessed by a stairwell. There are 2 Adirondack chairs located outside the door of these suites.

1-Bedroom Suite 1st Floor These suites though located on the 1st floor are accessed by stairs as the building is elevated. These suites feature: 2 double beds and a separate living room/kitchen.

Suite with 2 Double Beds These suites feature 2 Double Beds and a living room/kitchen. They are located on the 1st floor and are accessed by a ramp or stairs.

1-Bedroom Suite, Mariner II These 1-bedroom suites are located across the street from the ocean in the Mariner II building. They have 2 double beds and a separate living room/kitchen.

2-Bedroom Oceanfront Suite This suite is usually booked a year in advance for the summer! It's our most popular room/suite at the property. It features: 2 queen beds in the 1st bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is a separate living room/kitchen and a private deck.
